The genesis

The Rek-o-Kut brand, very popular in the USA since the 1950s, has had in its catalog many turntables, the professional the B-16H with pulley and the tangential arms to produce the lacquers of the records, coveted by radios and record companies that used it also for the electronics. The domestic market The developed it in large numbers with the Rondine B12H De Luxe and the popular L34 and Jr.L-37 also with pulley. In Europe it did not spread because the manufacturer did not face the modification to our 50hz / 220volts standards. The Rek-o-Kut also built 12-inch and 16-inch arms complete with shells, for example the 12-inch Micropoise S220 and the 16-inch S260 both dynamic. It also produced the 12-inch S120 model and the 16-inch S160 which were not dynamic.
